CISA has confirmed that a critical-severity vulnerability in ConnectWise's ScreenConnect remote-access software is now being exploited by attackers in real-world attacks. Because ScreenConnect is widely deployed by IT support teams and managed service providers, a successful exploit can give intruders a direct foothold into the client systems it's meant to help manage.
