BlackAlps CTF 2026 takes place on-site in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, right after the BlackAlps security conference, and welcomes teams ranging from complete beginners to advanced competitors. The five-hour contest doesn't stick to fixed categories and is capped at around 300 on-site participants, with registration required beforehand. The event kicks off in the evening and wraps up with a late-night awards ceremony.
